Chris’ Landscape, Inc. would like to provide a full service landscape maintenance program specifically tailored to you and your landscape’s needs. Our Landscape Maintenance division of the business initially developed from the Landscape Design/Installation division. We felt we were the best people capable to maintain our client’s landscape and hardscape investment. So we proposed to our new clients that we maintain your landscape so our client’s can enjoy their work and see it develop as intended by our Designer. The Landscape Maintenance division is responsible for approximately 45% of our business. Please refer to our List of Services for the type of work we do.

Chris’ Landscape, Inc. has grown through the years and has also acquired new maintenance clients through personal referrals, neighbors of existing clients, friends and family. Presently we have three crews maintaining properties in the Chicagoland area.

A Chris’ Landscape, Inc. full service landscape maintenance program includes: weekly maintenance of the property, spring and fall clean-ups, trimming the shrubs and trees, lawn aeration, and lawn fertilization and weed control. We also offer as an addendum to our program weeding of beds throughout the year, mulching of beds, overseeding your lawn, pesticide and insecticide treatments for your lawn, and a Seasonal Color Program for your landscape. We customize our program to your needs. So if there is a special concern, we will address it for you.
